/ About the project

The human truth
Nobody wants a luxury brand to feel like a lead form. A Sakura collection is about slowing down and renewal, so the experience had to feel like that too, not like another game that wants your email.

The idea
Hanami, the Japanese ritual of pausing to look at cherry blossoms, turned into a game. The collection is built on rice water, so we made water the thing that moves you forward. That turns a puzzle into a small ritual.

What we made
Journey to Hanami. You pick the day world (Sakura) or the night world (Yozakura) and rotate tiles to guide rice water through a dry, painterly garden. Every flower that opens shows a step of the 5-step routine, until the Grand Sakura Tree is in full bloom. Only then do we ask for anything, with a raffle that feels like a reward.
